Here is what people are saying about Dean Hart Inc. My A/C went out and I called Dean Hart, Inc. They came out the next day to fix my unit. The service was excellent, the gentleman was professional and even gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my A/C unit for a longer life expectancy. I would definately use this company again and have full trust in them. I must say, I was so impressed with the owner, Mr. Kelly Dean, who offered to come to my home the next morning at 5:30am when he learned that my usual contractor had left me to sit in 105 degree temperatures for 2 days. The other contractor would not service my home until I signed a loan agreement through their firm for $9,000 in HVAC repairs. I spoke to Mr. Dean late in the afternoon and he came at 5:30 the next morning and assessed my AC ssystem. He told me that this repair would only cost $2,000. He arrived on time and got things "up and running" until I could make plans to do the more major repair at a later time. Later that evening, a friend unexpectedly dropped by with a general contractor who also assessed my AC situation. The general contractor told me that Dean Hart assessed the situation perfectly, and was not overcharging me or trying to sell me services that I did not need. They were impressed that Mr. Dean offered to come at such an early hour to help me, was extremely fair in his assessment, and assured me that this is a highly ethical company, and that I should give Dean Hart all my business, which I will. I would give Dean Hart a perfect rating. Our experience with Dean Hart, Inc. was great. We were in a pinch before leaving for vacation and Kelly walked us through the steps to unclog the AC. Then we scheduled Kelly for a service appointment only to find out that our sump pump was broken. He had industry contacts and the sump pump was repaired the same day. I am very happy with my service contract with Dean Hart, Inc. Kelly Dean of Dean Hart Inc. provided the most professional service I have ever received from a service technician of any specialty. I have had issues with my AC system since I moved into my home two years ago. I've had two separate companies check the system multiple times and each time have reported nothing wrong. Kelly came on a Saturday, which is normally a day off for the company, inspected the complete system and diagnosed the system was installed backwards. Kelly has secured my business for the future as well as my referral to our entire community. |
